pearl street

A wooden utility pole with a green and white parking regulation sign. The sign indicates 2-hour parking from 10 am to 8 pm, except with a city permit, with arrows pointing left and right. The background shows residential houses, a fence, trees without leaves, and an overcast sky.

After purchasing an empty lot in German Village, the client assembled a design team to create an urban oasis tucked within the city. Working closely with the architect, we shaped a series of intimate courtyards with layered plantings and carefully framed views, blurring the line between home and garden.

Architectural blueprint of a residential property including layout of residence, porches, landscaping, and surrounding structures with annotations and design details.

Every square inch was thoughtfully considered to create beautiful vignettes from every window — a true garden oasis in the heart of German Village.

Let’s create something meaningful together.
