Historic Bexley Manor Masterplan

We were engaged alongside an architect to design a new home addition as well as renew an overgrown north Bexley lot. The site was covered with undesirable invasive species and needed a tremendous amount of attention. They asked us to rethink everything! We worked in multiple outdoor experiences into the lot. We took our input from the historic home and worked out the garden design from formal axis from the home giving the client a formal lawn for entertaining, fireplace area, dining, pool garden, sports court and more!
