Historic Clintonville Residence and Gardens

 

We have been working on a great project that includes two historic buildings in the heart of Clintonville. We are working on improving the grounds as well as a empty lot that the client has purchased to build a community garden space as well as a private pool area to serve their residence. 

Club Road

The client wanted a complete change in the existing outdoor space as well as the home itself. We incorporated a lush entry sequence and entertaining spaces to meet the needs of this beautiful lot on the Scioto Golf Club Course.

Beechwold Historic Icon

We are involved with the expansion of a listed home near Old Beechwold. The addition includes a master suite, great room, pool, pool house and barn.  We have been really enjoying the process of seeing the old blending with the new! 

Mid Century Modern Estate In the Woods

We were added to the design team for a client that is intending to build a modern house and estate garden. We are enjoying the challenge of creating a comfortable homestead rooted on a large lot. This is has been a very exciting project for us!  

An Entertainers dream home

Brock Road Residence

We were engaged by a client working with a local architect to rebuild their home. With the new home, they wanted expansive outdoor entertainment options. We were able to re envision the space and allow for a covered outdoor area, pool, firepit sports court and more!
